All online shops powered by Axyz are temporary, pop-up shops featuring products for sale from certain Brands in Axyz Network for a limited duration. On the homepage of any Axyz Shop, you will find the date the store is scheduled to close.  Shipping and returns may occur even after the shop is closed.

Brands are working diligently to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Given the limited time promotion, Brands may be fulfilling large volumes of orders in a short period of time.We greatly appreciate your support of these Brands as well as your patience and understanding through potential delays in getting orders processed and delivered to you.

Shipping Terms


Each Brand Ships Directly to You


You may buy products from multiple Brands in one order at checkout. Your order, contact and shipping information is shared with the applicable Brand to process your order. Each Brand ships separately and directly to you. Axyz never holds inventory or ships products to you.


Order and Shipping Confirmations


You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed in one of our Axyz Shops. The  sender of the order confirmation email will reflect the name of the shop through which you placed your order. Please remember to check both your Inbox and Spam folders.


Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped by each Brand. If you notice any incorrect information in your order confirmation please contact us immediately through the support link in your order confirmation email. However, please note that we may not be able to make corrections once the Brand has received and processed your order.


Limited U.S. Shipping Only


We currently allow shipping only to the “Contiguous U.S.” meaning the 48 continental U.S. states, including Washington, DC. All orders must be placed within the U.S. with a delivery address containing a U.S. zip code. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.


At this time, we do not offer shipping to Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,  other U.S. Territories or internationally.


Shipping Costs - Standard Shipping & Free Shipping


Standard shipping costs $3.95 for each Brand order totaling less than $75 and is free for orders totaling $75 or more per Brand (before discount, taxes and shipping) within the Contiguous U.S. If a Brand has offered you free shipping for orders totaling less than $75, such offer may appear in the ‘Shipping’ section of the product page or at checkout. 


No expedited shipping is available at this time.


Return and Refund Policy


Returns and Replacements


14-Day Return Window. Requests for returns, refunds and replacements are accepted within 14 days of delivery date which appears in your Order View tracking page for each item. Requests may be started within that window even if the shop you ordered from is closed. Any request received after this 14-day window is not eligible for a refund or replacement.


Items Excluded.  Items excluded from returns and described as ‘non-returnable’ or ‘final sale’ by the Brand are not eligible for a refund unless it is damaged or faulty and a replacement is out of stock. Any exclusions will be described in the product details and ‘Returns’ section of each product page. 


Damaged or Faulty Items. Any item received appearing to be damaged, defective, missing a part, or not as described on the website is eligible for a replacement even if excluded from returns by the Brand. You must contact our Customer Care Team to start this process and we will coordinate with the Brand to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. (See Replacement Instructions) If the item is out of stock, we will process a full refund. You may keep or discard the original item.


Returns at Your Own Risk. If you return any item, you must make sure that it is adequately packaged. Any item damaged or lost in transit back to the Brand will not be eligible for a refund. Any claims for damage or loss is your responsibility to handle with the carrier.


No Exchanges or Credits


Since Brands and products appearing in certain Axyz Shops continue to change and products are sold during a limited duration and may sell out, we do not allow exchanges of any kind. Neither Axyz nor the Brands provide store credit.


Replacement Instructions


We're sorry that your item did not arrive in perfect condition. To request a replacement of a faulty or damaged item, reach out to our Customer Care Team through the Help Chat in the shop where you made your purchase (even if the shop is closed). You may also submit a request through your Order View details page for that specific product during the 14-day return window.


Return Instructions


If the item you wish to return is eligible under the Axyz return policy, please review these steps:


(1) Find the item on your Order View details page. You will see how many days are left to return an item based on your 14-days return window from delivery confirmation.

(2) Select the reason for return from the options provided, and submit.

(3) Check your email inbox for a confirmation email that we’ve received your request.


Our team will review your return request, which will be approved or not approved, as promptly as possible. In some cases, our Customer Care Team may reach out to you if more information is needed.

(4) Check your email inbox over the next 48 hours (also remember to check your Spam folder).

(5) If approved, follow the instructions in your approval email for sending your item back.

(6) If not approved - if the item return request did not meet return policy conditions - the explanation will be provided in the email.


Sending your item back with the original packing slip to the Brand: 

(7) Snap a photo of your original packing slip with a smart device to keep for your records.

(8) Pack up your item and original packing slip  in a sturdy package like the one your item came in (remove any older addresses and bar codes).

(9) Print your return label and securely affix to the outside of the package. If you can’t print, you may choose to generate a QR code accompanying instructions.

(10) Ship it back to the Brand by dropping off at the designated carrier location near you.


All items must be shipped within 7 days. Once it ships, you can use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress. Allow us 7 to 10 business days to receive and process your return request.


If you wish to return items by more than one Brand, you may submit the request at one time; however, we will process each item as a separate return request and you will receive a separate confirmation email for each item.


Refunds and Return Fees


Full Refund. If the item you received was damaged or faulty and a replacement item was out of stock or unavailable to be shipped to you, you will be provided a full refund of your purchase price (including tax and shipping).


Conditions for Partial Refund. All other returns not eligible for a full refund may be eligible for a partial refund. Items returned must be new, unused, unopened with original tags (if applicable) and undamaged upon receipt by the Brand to be eligible for a refund. Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.


  • Receipt of Original Item in Eligible Condition by Brand. Once the Brand receives the item back from you, we will confirm with the Brand that the item meets the eligibility criteria above for the refund. If a returned item is open or used, or damaged in transit, any refund will be at Axyz’s discretion. The returned item will not be sent back to you.
  • Return Processing Fees. You will be responsible for an $8 return processing / restocking fee plus the cost of the return shipping (using our pre-paid return label or QR code) for each returned item.
  • Calculating Partial Refund. Your partial refund will be in the amount of the purchase price plus taxes (if applicable), less the return processing fee / restocking fee and return shipping cost for each item. No original shipping fee will be refunded.

Refund Processing Time. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds vary greatly between credit card issuers and may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times and processing times of payment providers.
